surviving

i survived my first week at home.. barely. i was feeling fine all day but by monday night i had started to feel very sick. i did not sleep at all that night and came down with a fever over 100. i felt lousy the rest of the week and spent my days laying on the couch feeling miserable. jared got off work early everyday last week, which was actually a blessing to me so he could come home and take care of me.

my friend amie told me about this preschool opening up and i was gonna submit my resume last week, but i was too sick to move, so this morning i thought id send it in and when i went online to look at the job posting, it wasnt there anymore... so i dont think they are accepting anymore applications.... which is a bummer... i was really hoping that would work out for me. so now i guess i will join the other 5000 plus students looking for employment here in rexburg.

im just grateful jared still has his job. he actually has 2 jobs. he is trying to start up with a financial company selling life insurance... his only problem is he has to find people to go talk to and thats been tricky trying to find people he can help...im sure he will though. he still has to take a test to become licensed to actually sell life insurance. maybe after he has that done he'll be able to find people. i wish i knew people he could call up, but everyone i know in idaho are all college age kids who arent interested in that kind of thing yet.

our ward started this playgroup thing every wednesday, they said everyone can come even if you dont have kids. i think ill go check it out this week just to get out of the house and socialize with some girls in the ward and maybe play with a few babies :)

B-Thug! I miss you! We should get together sometime...it seems like whenever I go to Idaho you are never there :( Is the life insurance company that Jared is working for called Primerica? Adam did that for a little bit but he didn't find anyone to sell to either b/c we only knew college kids too. Love ya!
